Petals Story

Well - it all started way back in 1980 when our own little petal Tracey - having inherited the family passion for flowers trained and qualified as a florist at the excellent Welsh college of horticulture in Northop.  She then joined the family garden shop in Llandudno and opened a flower department and Petals was born!
 
Tracey has always had an amazing zest for life, and this energy and flair is woven into her floristry work - each piece an individual design, whether contemporary or traditional.
 
17 years and 3 children later - her enthusiasm for achieving the ultimate in quality is how you find her today, along with floristry team members Andrea and Jackie.
 
Over the years we have built up a solid reputation for innovative design, reliability and a the level of quality and service that keeps our customers returning to Petals time after time.
 
In 2007 Petals2 opened in the historic walled town of Conwy, where our floristry department is complimented by a delightful gift section with beautiful hand made ceramics, witty greetings cards, French soaps and lotions, jewellery and many more unusual items.
 
Flowers can express many emotions including love, sympathy, to say I'm sorry, or just to let someone know that you are thinking about them.  Petals and Petals2 deliver not only locally but also nationally and worldwide.

For that most important day of your life - your wedding day - you can be assured of our individual attention - we never undertake two weddings on the same day.  So to discuss your ideas, phone and make an appointment to come in and talk to Tracey or Andrea.
 
Sadly, bereavements have affected us all at some time, and so we are sensitive, understanding and patient on these occasions.  Petals have forged strong partnerships with local funeral directors who know we can be relied upon to produce beautiful flowers for that final tribute including some lovely continental styles.
 
For the celebration of a new baby's safe arrival, anniversary flowers, or for any occasion at all, the team at Petals will deliver something really special and can include continental chocolates, balloons, teddies and fruit or gift hampers.
